Hardin Unit 113 Juniors met 8 June 2024 for their monthly meeting. Brady led the Pledge and we watched a video on the meaning of the Poppy, about what it symbolizes and the poem “In Flanders Field”. We spoke of what wearing a poppy means, we’re honoring the fallen. After completing these tasks, the Juniors success earned a Poppy patch. We spoke of upcoming Flag Day and the 4th of July. We signed birthday cards for the veterans at RVC. The Juniors then made photo frames for Father’s Day, with each frame being unique and original. Then we ended our meeting playing patriotic bingo and enjoying some snacks.
